PRESIDENT Yoweri Museveni is still young and strong to lead the country beyond 2011, the security minister has said. "Museveni still has enough time to groom the young cadres who will take over when his time expires," Amama Mbabazi said.
He noted that Busoga sub-region had produced several cadres.
"I am confident that the young cadres are learning from us. When our time comes, we shall pave way for them to take over," Mbabazi, who is also the NRM secretary general, said.
