The government, today, questioned the right of Mr Robert Blake, the US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs, to speak on behalf of the displaced Tamils in the North, Government Defence Spokesman Minister Keheliya Rambukwella said that the Tamils were happy and that the people handling the subject knew this - not those speaking from outside the area of activity.
