Jakarta, Aug. 13 (ANTARA): A majority of the model forecasts for the Nino-3.4 sea surface temperatures (SST) index suggest El Nino will continue to strengthen, according to a forecast of the US-based National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)'s National Weather Service. While there was disagreement on the eventual strength of El Nino, nearly all of the dynamical models predict a moderate-to-strong El Nino during the Northern Hemisphere Winter 2009-2010, NOAA said in its press statement received by ANTARA here on Thursday.
