THE PHILIPPINES IS REPUTED TO BE THE texting capital of the world, with 500 million to one billion text messages sent daily. While this is great for the telco industrys bottom line, it presents a problem in road safety now that recent studies show that DWT (driving while texting) is more dangerous than DUI (driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.)
