Aug. 8--Q: Hey Ira, who is really coaching the Miami Heat: Erik Spoelstra or Pat Riley? A couple of weeks ago, Riley said that Mike Beasley will get time at small forward. Now he's proclaiming Mario Chalmers as the starting point guard. I know Riley is head of personnel moves, but shouldn't Spoelstra decide who is on the court for games? Is this Stan Van Gundy Part II? -- Patrick.
