Rooibos wants Competition Tribunal to dismiss collusion complaint KGOMOTSO MATHE Staff Writer ROOIBOS yesterday made an exception application to the Competition Tribunal, asking it to dismiss a case from the Competition Commission that it abused its dominance and contravened the Competition Act.

The commission referred a complaint to the tribunal after it was laid by competitor Coetzee & Coetzee against Rooibos and its packers, with which Rooibos had concluded exclusive supply agreements.
