RESIDENTS of Bandar Sri Damansara and Jalan SS 8/1 in Selangor must have been sleeping easy since the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) disallowed the proposed developments in their neighbourhood more than a week ago.
MBPJ's One-Stop Centre (OSC) rejected Sri Damansara Sdn Bhd's application to build 12 blocks of 35- to 36-storey condominiums on Meranti Hill along Persiaran Meranti and suggested that bungalows be built instead.
