from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA LUMPUR, July 31 (Bernama) -- Sixty-nine new locally-transmitted Influenza A(H1N1) cases were reported today, bringing the total number of cases in the country to 1,371 with four deaths so far.
The new cases involve Malaysians except for one who is a student from China studying in Malaysia.
The director-general of Health Tan Sri Dr Ismail Merican said in a statement today that 1,341 of the cases had recovered and only 21 were still receiving anti-viral treatment in the hospitals, including nine in the intensive-care units (ICUs), and nine at home.
