from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA LUMPUR, July 30 (Bernama) -- Citibank Bhd plans to set up four new conventional branches early next year and an Islamic subsidiary in Malaysia.
Citigroup Inc's chief executive officer Vikram Pandit said the new branches and Islamic subsidiary would create more employment opportunties.
He said with the setting up of four new branches, Citibank will have a total of 11 conventional branches in the country.
Citibank is the Malaysian operations unit for Citigroup, a leading global financial services company.
