from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KANGAR, July 30 (Bernama) -- Uzbekistan rider Viadimir Tuychiev won the third and final stage of the Perlis Open tour today but local rider Anuar Manan, representing Azad University of Iran, clinched the overall title when the 201.2km race ended here today.

Viadimir, 23, clocked four hours 59 minutes 13 seconds (4'59:13s) to win the stage all by himself while Mohd Zamri Salleh, representing Armed Forces, finished the race in second place with a time of 5'01:38s while Russia's Roman Kraslinikov of Team Polygon Sweet Nice was third despite posting the same time.
