Jul. 31--It's tough to keep pace with technology, but South Florida school districts are smart to be more proactive in warning kids about the legal and emotional consequences from "sexting." The risky, destructive practice of sending nude photos via cell phone text messages is a growing disruption for too many schools. Not to mention that it's illegal, and could draw a felony charge. Here is how it usually plays out: One teen sends revealing photos to another teen. That teen, eventually, forwards the message to friends, leaving the sender humiliated and seeking revenge.
