MUMBAI, 24 JULY: A police officer and sole survivor of the 26/11 gunbattle between gunmen and police near Cama Hospital, in which three senior police officials including Anti-Terrorism Squad chief Hemant Karkare were killed, today recounted the sequence of events before a special court. Constable Mr Arun Jadhav identified Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab as the killer of his boss Vijay Salaskar, head of the anti-extortion cell and two senior IPS officer Hemant Karkare and Ashok Kampte.
