threat to agriculture, water resources KARACHI, July 18 (PPI): In consideration of rapidly changing meteorological conditions over Pakistan and keeping in view World Metrological Organizations advisory about the development of El Nino phenomenon in Pacific Ocean, Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has updated its seasonal forecast.
