THESE DAYS, LIFE IS ABOUT NECESSITIES. WHEN YOU'RE NOT VIEWING $100,000 GOWNS, HERE'S WHERE TO EAT AND SLEEP IN PARIS DURING THE COUTURE COLLECTIONS.
EAT: After his success at restaurants Blue Elephant and L'Asian, chef Oth Sombath delivers his refined Thai cuisine at Oth Sombath, which opened in December. The 80-seat restaurant spans three levels decorated by interior designer Patrick Jouin. The menu includes Somba signatures, such as steamed langoustines with Thai basil, and chicken in coconut milk and galangal. There is also a tasting menu for 70 euros ($90).
