SUGAR AND SPICE: Jo Malone has cooked up Vanilla & Anise, a new addition to its fragrance portfolio, which will bow worldwide in September. Its top notes include Sicilian bergamot, Tunisian neroli, wild fennel flower and star anise. At its heart are oleander, tuberose, frangipani and purple vanilla orchid, while Madagascar clove, white amber, vetiver, vanilla Bourbon absolute and tonka notes are at its base. The cologne will be available as 30- and 100-ml. sprays, which will be priced at 32 pounds and 64 pounds, or $51.40 and $103 at current exchange, respectively, in the U.K. Jo Malone is owned by the Estee Lauder Cos Inc.
