BHUBANESWAR, 13 JULY: The UPA government and particularly its finance minister, Mr Pranab Mukherjee, came in for severe criticism in the Orissa Assembly today with ruling BJD members calling for a unanimous resolution against continued Central apathy and neglect.
Significantly, even the NCP members supported the ruling BJD in denouncing the Central government.
