Alcohol trade body the Portman Group has attacked proposals for responsible drinking marketing to be subsumed into the government's Change4Life healthy-eating campaign.
Last week the Public Health Commission, a group of high-profile executives from brands, trade associations and the voluntary sector, published a report suggesting ways to improve the nation's health. The commission, headed by Unilever UK and Ireland chairman Dave Lewis, was established by the Conservative Party.
