NTT could free up Integralis purse

Integralis has claimed it will have greater power to look at future acquisitions, after it was bought by Japanese telecoms giant NTT Com.
The Germany-headquartered security integrator was pounced on by NTT Com last week in a move which saw the firm offer ?75m ([pounds sterling]64m) in cash. Integralis was the only remaining standalone security behemoth, following the recent sales of Netstore to 2e2 and Vistorm to EDS.
