Afghan Telecom (AT) announced on Monday an agreement with telecoms provider Roshan to sell the transmission capacity of its National OFC (Optical Fibre Cable) Backbone Ring Network.

According to the company, the OFC, constructed by AT, will complement Roshan's existing infrastructure, enabling the company to ensure the redundancy of its network and provide additional capacity for its subscribers.
