Senators and a member of House of the Representatives have taken a swipe at statement credited to National deputy chairman of the PDP, Dr. Bello Haliru Mohammed that 2015 presidency has been zoned to the South-East as his personal opinion.
Senators Barigha-Amange (PDP, Bayelsa East) and Lee Maeba (PDP, Rivers Southeast) as well as Hon. Eseme Eyibo representing Akwa Ibom who spoke to Vanguard separately yesterday on telephone described the statement as uncalled for.
Dr. Mohammed Harilu Bello had said that, " after the presidency moves from the North after the administration of President Umaru Yar'Adua, we expect it to move to the South-east. That is the simple truth about it."
