Jul. 3--Donnie Hissa is an imposing figure on the mound. At 6 feet, 7 inches, the Northwestern High School junior towers over most of the batters he faces. He also seems to be a head and shoulders about the rest when it comes to talent. "Donnie can become a dominant pitcher in northern Wisconsin and possibly in the state," said Steve Lahti, head coach of the Tigers. For the season, Hissa went 5-2 on the hill -- a very respectable record. But have no doubt, those two losses still gnaw at the pitcher.
