THE UPDF representative in Parliament, Gen. Elly Tumwine, has started a campaign to fight corruption. Tumwine on Thursday launched the Parliamentary Volunteers Anti-Corruption Campaign, whose mission, he said, is to create a corruption free society.
Addressing guests in the Members' Lounge, he referred to corruption as "the evil of our time, the threat to our future, the cancer of our freedom, and the disease spreading like fire."
