Experts say that the executive suite industry is maturing in Dallas, and there are signs that demand may soon overtake supply.
More than 100 executive suite companies are operating in the Metroplex today, according to industry sources. But not every office building with a sign out front actually provides executive suites, according to Jane Booras, a founder and past executive director of the Executive Suite Association.
Unlike traditional office space, in which the lessee contracts for empty rooms, an executive suite provides a customized package of furnished office accommodations and a la carte services for a monthly fee. These services can include everything from answering telephones, long-distance services, photocopying and faxing to word processing, desktop publishing, graphic design - even videoconferencing.
