TECTRONIX VOIP TESTING SYSTEM AWARDED 2008 PRODUCT OF YEAR.
Tektronix Communications, Richardson, Texas, a leading worldwide provider of communications test and Network Intelligence solutions, has announced that Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) (www.tmcnet.com) has named Tektronix' Zoey, an interactive VoIP Quality of Experience (QoE) testing system, as a recipient of its 2008 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award. This prestigious award highlights the most innovative products and services brought to market in 2008.
Zoey also received INTERNET TELEPHONY's 2008 Product of the Year Award, which honored products that showcase commitment to quality and excellence while addressing real needs in the marketplace. Zoey, Tektronix Communications' automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, allows VoIP, wireless and analog phone users to test and diagnose the quality of their service at any time, effectively enabling the customer to have control over their own QoE.
