Here are some tips for getting and keeping your body in motion, even when you don't feel like it.

You probably have lots of good reasons: because your ankle still hurts from its sprain four months ago. Because you work 50 hours a week, minimum. Because, when you do exercise, you leave the gym feeling sore, exhausted and defeated. Because you simply don't want to.
