Iran/United States: US funding terrorist groups.
Section: General News - Iran's Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Mahmoud Hashemi Shahroudi said Tehran has evidence and documents galore to prove that armed rebels and terrorist groups are funded by the United States.
"There are many documents and evidence corroborating that bomb-planting, armed rebel groups are backed up by the hegemonic system, particularly the United States, and receive massive aids from them," Ayatollah Shahroudi said in a meeting with Pakistani Ambassador to Iran Mohammad Bakhsh Abbasi here in Tehran on Monday.
He called on the regional countries to solve the existing problems via cooperation and without interference of the arrogant powers.
