Igbo Community Protests Ban On Eze-Ndigbo Title.

Some members of Igbo community resident in Lagos last week held a peaceful demonstration against the ban of the use of Eze Igbo title in Lagos by the Lagos State Government.

The demonstrators numbering over one thousand, which included Igbo students of tertiary institutions in Lagos, market women/ men and community leaders led by some members of Ohanaeze in Lagos State, carried placards condemning the ban of the use of Eze Igbo title by leaders of Ndi Igbo in Lagos and called on Lagos State Government to lift the ban.
