Sharon, KC lead Star Awards winners.

THE PHILIPPINE MOVIE Press Club (PMPC) handed out trophies for the Star Awards for Movies, now on its 25th year, at the Henry Lee Irwin Theater of the Ateneo de Manila University on Thursday.
It was a night of mothers and daughters, according to PMPC.
Megastar Sharon Cuneta won Best Actress for Caregiver, while daughter KC Concepcion won Best New Movie Actress for her debut film appearance in For the First Time.
Cuneta and KC, however, were not around to receive their trophies because they are in the United States for a concert tour.
