Thailand/Islamic world: Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs leads a delegation to the 36th Session of the Council of Foreign Minister of OIC.
Section: General News - On 23-25 May 2009, Mr. Panich Vikitsreth, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, in his capacity as the Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, led a Thai delegation to attend the 36th Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the member-states of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) in Damascus, Syrian Arab Republic. Thailand was invited to the said ministerial meeting as an observer to the OIC.
