GREATER DALLAS AREA - NETTouch Communications Inc., which marketed bundled telecommunications services under the name N'Touch, has ceased operations and is up for sale in the wake of a series of financial troubles sweeping over its parent company, Boca Raton, Fla.-based Total World Telecommunications, Inc.

For months, Total World (NASDAQ: TWTI), which purchased Dallas-based NETTouch in December for $7.2 million, had said the subsidiary would help offset massive losses the telecommunications services provider was incurring.
