You recommend a federal department of resilience.
We need a grand strategy that looks like an immune system. A department of Resilience would allow us to focus on things that we need to be more resilient, including simple things like making sure Americans are aware of what's going on in the world, that people are paying attention to their health, that they're consuming energy in a sensible way.
