Cathay Pacific's new seats are excellent and I fail to see why people keep condemning the business class seat.
First of all, the product is designed for the business traveller, who mostly travels alone or doesn't actually want to be seated next to a colleague, or wants to relax and not work.
As for being disturbed by screaming children, they were around long before the seat was launched.
Cathay Pacific does listen to its regular passengers, which is the reason ...
