Women have always dominated student affairs professionals, resulting in today's array of women of different ages and generations working together. How do their views on feminism and leadership differ? What are some strategies and solutions for accommodating different styles?

A panel of student affairs leaders explored these questions at the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) conference in Seattle in March.
