Cherple, the free two-way text messaging application, is now in use in more than 100 countries with nearly 10 million users, only a few months since its Jan. 8, 2009, launch. Available from the English-language site, http://www.cherple.com. Cherple connects any online computer in the world to any U.S. mobile phone via SMS.
Of the approximate 10 million users of Cherple, the vast majority come from the United States, followed by India, Canada, Brazil and the Philippines, with the United Kingdom and China barely missing the top five.
