Section: General News - The Ministry of Transport has proposed to the German government that it invest in Thailand's transport system after it expressed interest in investing in vehicles and development of alternative energy businesses in the kingdom.

The proposal was made during a meeting of the 2nd Thai-German Joint Economic Committee (JEC) held in Berlin by Thai Deputy Prime Minister Korbsak Sabhavasu to German Economy Minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg.
