Doctors Corp. of America has moved its corporate headquarters to Scottsdale and is quietly beefing up key executive positions for future growth.
The 6-year-old physician-hospital management company has 10 employees in its Scottsdale office. Two of them were brought on board just this week from Adventist Healthcare, a nonprofit health system in Rockville, Md.
Adventist chief executive officer Bryan Breckenridge and chief financial officer Ed Peters have accepted similar positions with Doctors Corp. of America. Each has been with Adventist for more than 20 years. Both were traveling and unavailable for comment.
