A regular parade of high-performance cars runs through our fleet, so who could have predicted the heaps of praise appearing in the logbook of our long-term Chrysler Town & Country? It's a minivan, after all.
As we rolled through the vehicle's third quarter, the odometer passed 26,000 miles, and if the "Norge (as we call it because of its refrigerator shape and white paint) could read the logbook, it would be blushing.
Four long road tripsto Syra-cuse, N.Y., to Watkins Glen, N.Y., and twice to Indianapolisaccounted for part of the 6,589 miles accumulated this quarter. In between were numerous trips that make up the reason people buy minivans in the first place: hauling stuff and hauling people.
