Management has been shuffled at Jones & Stokes Associates, the area's sixth largest environmental engineering firm.
Curtis Spencer, 54, has stepped down as president and will act as chairman until he retires in January. Al Herson, 46, who has been with the firm 17 years, has taken over as president. And Jordan Lang, former senior vice president, is now heading day-to-day operations.
The moves are part of the firm's effort to position itself for new growth.
