HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE) - Apr. 30, 2009-- BMC Software (NYSE:BMC) today announced that it has been positioned in the Leaders Quadrant of Gartner, Inc.'s recently released "Magic Quadrant for Job Scheduling" research report.1 Playing a key role in BMC's Business Service Management (BSM) strategy, BMC's CONTROL-M workload automation solution allows customers to automate the execution of processes across the enterprise which is critical to achieving IT cost reduction.
