KARACHI, May 1 Asia Pulse - Business and social life was badly affected in Karachi on Thursday following two days of ethnic violence between Pashtun and Urdu-speaking groups.
Many shops, hotels and business markets remained closed across the city due to severe tense situation. The worst-hit areas were Gulistan-e-Johar, Orangi Town, Sohrab Goth, Golimar, North Nazimabad, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Surjani Town, Korangi and Khawaja Ajmer Nagri.
