INDONESIA'S PELINDO, MISI EXPLORING PORT CONSTRUCTION COOPERATION.
Surabaya, East Java, May 1 Asia Pulse - Indonesian state-owned port operators PT Pelindo-III and PT MISI have explored a cooperation opportunity to develop an integrated seaport at Soca in Bangkalan district.
The project is located in Bangkalan district in the western part of Madura island, that would connect the Surabaya metropolitan city with Madura island.
"The cooperation is an anticipation following the completion and operation of the Surabaya-Madura (Suramadu) bridge on June 2009," PT Pelindo-III spokesman Henri Handoko told the newsmen here on Thursday.
