Guidance for entrepreneurs ENTREPRENEURSHIP was the best way to transform emerging economies, said Malik Fal, MD of the New York-based not-for-profit company Endeavour, which identifies start-up companies across the world that have the potential to bridge the wealth gap through job and industry creation. Between 85% and 95% of businesses fail within the first few years, Fal said at the University of Pretoria's Gordon Institute of Business Science (Gibs), which this year launches a Masters' of Business Administration degree in entrepreneurship.
