The Federal Government will establish 39 more Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Centres for Women (SBBCW) in various districts to provide temporary shelter, psychological counselling, medical and legal aid and micro credit and shall impart training, for rehabilitation of women who are victims of violence.

According to sources of the Ministry for Women Development, funds allocation to establish more 39 Women Centres will be set up in the budget of financial year 2009-10 as project proposals are being finalised by the Planning Division.
