The Constitutional Court of Ukraine has ruled that the existing coalition is legitimate, an opposition daily has reported, quoting a source in the Yuliya Tymoshenko Bloc. The daily said that the ruling strips President Viktor Yushchenko of the last legitimate reason to dissolve parliament and call an early parliamentary election during his term in office. The daily also said that the court ruling paves the way to forming a grand coalition comprising the opposition Party of Regions and the Yuliya Tymoshenko Bloc and to adopting a new constitution.
