Ukrainian paper says no early election soon, grand coalition looming.

The Constitutional Court of Ukraine has ruled that the existing coalition is legitimate, an opposition daily has reported, quoting a source in the Yuliya Tymoshenko Bloc. The daily said that the ruling strips President Viktor Yushchenko of the last legitimate reason to dissolve parliament and call an early parliamentary election during his term in office.
