LIFE BEFORE: "I ate out a few nights every week and always ordered whatever I wantedsushi was my favorite. On weekends, I'd have brunch with friends and spend the afternoon watching TV."
LIFE NOW: "To get to the gym, I set my alarm for 5:30 A.M., so I go to bed earlier. I still eat out, but Dr. Young says one sushi roll can have a full cup of rice, so I replace white rice with brown or order rolls wrapped in cucumber. I still watch TVbut from the elliptical, not my sofa."
