Arthur has his heart set on an ICC trophy 'That is the last hole that has to be filled,' says SA's thrilled coach Chief Sports Correspondent THE South African one-day cricket team might be on top of the world, but it still has to get the ICC (International Cricket Council) monkey off its back, coach Mickey Arthur said yesterday.
