Information obtained by Al-Sharq al-Awsat on the sixth anniversary of the fall of the former Iraqi regime reveals that Saudi Arabia intends to discount part of Iraq's debt resulting from the Iraq-Iran war. This was said to be within the framework of talks that took place lately in Riyadh.
