The former transport minister, who has been charged by the prosecutors with abuse in the scandal over the Durres-Kukes highway, was yesterday freed of all the accusations. The Supreme Court Penal College declared Foreign Minister Basha and his subordinate Andi Toma innocent, and all the procedural acts leading to the indictment of an individual for committing a criminal offence as invalid.
