Statesman News Service KENDRAPARA, April 12: After a brief spell of lull, anti-socials have struck again in politically-surcharged Patkura area by hurling crude bombs injuring one person today.

The bomb throwing incident came at a time when electioneering is reaching feverish pitch and has triggered tension in this politically-sensitive region.

The Patkura Assembly seat is witnessing a royal poll-battle with veteran politicians Mr Bijoy Mohaptra and Mr Bed Prakash Agarwal in the fray.

Police, however, denied that the incident had anything to do with political rivalry.
