Bruno Senna, 25-year-old nephew of late Formula One star Ayrton Senna, will drive for the French Oreca prototype team in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The 2008 GP2 Series runner-up will also contest the first two rounds of the Le Mans Series in Europe alongside sports-car veteran Stephane Ortelli. The deal will not interfere with Senna's plan to race in the DTM series for Mercedes-Benz.
The Race of Champions, the season-ending event that pits drivers from various disciplines head-to-head and in a Nations Cup event, will not return to London's Wembley Stadiumits home for the past two yearsin 2009. ROC boss Frederik Johnsson said declining attendance played a role in the decision and that he has five potential new hosts.
